“Learning Across Borders”

First GASi Summer School

This four-day event in Belgrade allowed those who have already embarked on learning through Group Analysis, as well as those new to the field, to discover the potential for further development through being a member of an International Group. The school body took different forms: Small Groups, Lecture Group, peer study groups, Supervision Groups and Large Group.

Participants were invited to trace their own different roles and incarnations as they traversed the borders of these different groups and to consider these in relation to the development of the school as a whole. Students were able to contribute in a variety of ways, and the programme included opportunities to present current group work for clinical supervision.
