Peter Zelaskowski

After studying politics and philosophy at Sheffield University, Peter worked as a community and youth worker in London before training as a teacher of social studies at the Institute of Education (UCL). While teaching adolescents at risk, he trained as a Group Analytic Psychotherapist at Goldsmiths College, London University. He has since worked in a wide range of public and private contexts as a psychotherapist and a trainer.

Since 1999 he has lived and worked in Barcelona, where, apart from his own private practice, he has collaborated: within Barcelona NEST, a multidisciplinary group of clinicians; as lecturer, supervisor and large group convenor in the training of art therapists and dance movement therapists at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and Metafora.  He worked at an executive level in the British Association of Group Psychotherapists and was the founding chair of the Goldsmiths’ Association of Group Psychotherapists.
