Group analyst. He was Head of Psychotherapy Services at a major London teaching hospital for 20 years. He retired from the NHS 5 years ago and continues to have a small private practice offering individual and group psychotherapy, supervision and reflective practice for staff teams. He has written several papers and book chapters on group dynamics, containment and contextual safety in the workplace.
