I have been working as psychologist since 1993, in both the fields of education and Therapeutic Communites. In 2006 I qualified as group analyst  at the COIRAG institute (Confederation of Italian Organizations of Research and Group Analysis)Group analysis and group work, be it psychotherapy or psycho-social group work in the community, is a deep passion for me, which fosters my engagement to contribute to its development and acknowledgement. In 2008 with a group of colleagues I worked at the start up  of a small social enterprise, Arcipelago (www.centroarcipelago.org),  running a Practice of Applied Group Analysis in Turin which offers counselling, assessment and individual/group psychotherapy at low prices, being a pioneering  reality in between the NHS and the private area. I have been President of Arcipelago from 2010 until 2015 and I am still part of its Board, besides working there as referent of the group area and conducting psychotherapy groups. I also work in private practice with individual and group psychotherapy. I am a trainer at the COIRAG institute Turin where I teach group analysis and belong to the staff of the COIRAG national residential workshop for trainees where I conduct large and median groups. I am a member of A.P.R.A.G.I. (Association for the Research and the Training in Individual and Group Psychotherapy and in Institutional Analysis), an association organizing  training, workshops and supervision activities addressed to professionals of different branches.
