Mike Tait is a group analyst and drama-therapist. He has been involved with trainings, conducted groups, seen individual clients and worked with staff groups in a variety of settings during his career. Whilst the focus of his work has been in therapeutic communities with young people and with organizations transitioning to a more therapeutic community style of working – he has also worked within: homelessness projects, hospices, drug and alcohol treatment, eating disorder units, schools and universities.
