The Special Interest Group was founded in 2021 by Martin Lüdemann and myself with the intention of opening up and strengthening the exchange between international colleagues about their work in and with organisations and their way of applying group analysis.
Since September 2021, the group has met 6 times a year on a Saturday for 2.5 hours.
End of 2023 Martin stepped down as conductor and from 2024 onwards I will continue to conduct the group with a group analytic focus. This means that I take into account the different levels that Foulkes addresses. I focus on mirroring processes: what resonates in the person working with an organisation, what hypothesis and conclusions can be drawn from that about the organisation and vice versa.
People from different professional backgrounds are welcome to join the group and talk about their experience and topics concerning their work. If you are interested to join, please contact me
